Dignitaries from within and outside Osun gathered at the country home of the late former Governor of the state Senator Isiaka Adeleke for the 8th day Fidau.
At the event is Governor of the state Rauf Aregbesola who led other top government functionaries to the venue.
The family is led by younger brother Deji Adeleke.
Governor of the state of Osun, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, his deputy, Otunba Titilayo Laoye-Tomori were amongst the several dignitaries who graced the 8th day fidau prayer organised in honour of late Senator Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke, who represents Osun Central senatorial district at the national assembly and also doubles as the first civilian governor of the state.
Also in attendance were former governor, Olagunsoye Oyinlola; Chief of Staff to the governor, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola; Secretary to the state government, Moshood Adeoti and Deputy Speaker of the house of representatives, Hon. Yusuf Lasun who paid their respect to the late senator.
