Victoria Oluwaseun is the CEO of Victroo Enterprises Limited, located in Ilesa, an agro allied bussiness concern which much interest on animal feed ventures.
On Thursday the 23rd of November, 2017 Victoria Oluwaseun in collaboration with the state government of Osun through the office Enterprise and Wealth Creation, organized a One-Day Seminar entitled One Community, One Industry Initiative at the Isokun Elite Club's event hall. The state governor Ogbeni Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola was represented at the seminar by his Senior Adviser on Enterprise and Wealth Creation, Hon. Ademola Akintoyese. Also present were the Arojo of Irojo and the Executive Secretary of Ilesa East Local Government, Hon. Mrs. Adesola Adeoye, Mrs. Feyikemi Korede and many others.
The objective of the seminar is to sustainably increase the incomes of those that are interested in small scale Enterprises using her experience of rising from grass to grace. She tried using the seminar to highlight the importance of skills and capacity-building to improve their livelihoods by increasing income generating activities capitalizing on some items that we consider as waste products like oranges, cocoa pods and cassava peelings. Experts on snailery and broiler raising also presented lecture at the seminar.
The seminar also featured talks from agricultural expert, Mr. Femi Anwo, the communication officer from Osun state office of FADAMA. He extensively exposed the FADAMA innitiatives on massive production of cassava.
The high point of this seminar is the talk delivered by the Initiator of the seminar, Victoria Oluwaseun on how wealth can be generated from animals bones and cassava peelings that form major components of animals feeds production. At the end of the seminar sixth (90) of the participants were empowered. Ten (10) by Victroo Ventures, Ten (10) by HOPE Organization of Mama Adeboye and thirty (6/0) by Ilesa East LG.
