Adegboyega Oyetola, Osun APC Governorship Candidate Welcomes Osun Govt Cabinet in his Campaign Office. His Speech

I am happy to welcome the entire Exco of our government. Starting from our captain who is the acting SSG. I'm highly elated to see you around me. I'm happy and I'm proud to be one of you. It's been a wonderful cabinet. I must say this and believe me, it's been a wonderful experience having these wonderful members working together for some almost eight years, some three years.

It is a good experience and a lot of times I sit down and listen and process when I see the fireworks. Sometimes I react sometimes I don't. Not for want of nothing to say but I have no reason to either oppose what someone has said, I don't I have to repeat myself, so I keep quiet and listen. Sometimes they say I'm very quiet. People that are quiet are good thinkers and good listeners. You listen, you process and then you speak. When you talk, you're talking from facts. But our oga, the man is too wonderful. The governor is too versatile. He's a wonderful man.

I am delighted to have you here. I'm particularly very happy to say that the cabinet remains one and the same. The cabinet remains intact. I want to assure you that the government we are going to run is our government. We will pursue with vigour the developmental agenda of the state. We want to be able to give our people what they have been enjoying in terms dividends of democracy. We want to showcase good governance that everybody will be proud of. We want to see a situation where our party will remain in government. The governor has done so well that we must not allow the momentum , the tempo not to be sustained and that is the essence of continuity. And when it comes to continuity I believe in terms of work experiences, the party has not made a wrong choice in me.

I want to assure you that we will work together to ensure that the legacies of the governor, the programs of our party is sustained. We'll continue to ensure that people that are feeling the impact of our government will always pray to continue to have us to continue with these laudable programs where we will be able to satisfy the requirements of our people. We pray that the Almighty God will give us all the resources to be able to do. There are programs, wonderful programs that we are going to execute for the benefit of our people but for the paucity of fund. But I believe and strongly too, that God that has seen us to this moment will not abandon us. It is particularly instructive that what we are driving is what we call "Ileri-oluwa"  and it shall come to pass by the grace of God.

Again I welcome you most sincerely, I've been absent from Exco, you now brought Exco to me.

Thank you so much.
