FRSC Complies With Executive Order, Bought 77 Operational Vehicles From Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Co. Ltd, Nnewi

Many months ago, President Buhari dished out an executive order that mandated Federal parastatals to give preference to Nigerian manufacturers, the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), the Government Agency with statutory responsibilities for road safety administration in Nigeria.has just purchased 77 vehicles from Innoson and others will soon follow.

The vehicles, which were bought from Innoson Motors, were parts of the president's commitment to reinforce the corps' mechanism control measure towards bringing quick efficiency into the duty delivery of the road safety commission.

A Twitter user, Omasoro Ovie Ali, who made this known in a photo post on his Twitter handle, also expressed optimism over President Muhammadu Buhari signing the automobile bill into law.

According to him, automobile plants in Kano, Lagos and Anambra would heavily benefit from if the president signed the bill into law.

Ali said this will lure investors into building a Nigerian manufacturing plant through a proactive partnership.

Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Co. Ltd., shortened as IVM, is a Nigerian automobile and bus manufacturing company. It was founded by Innocent Chukwuma and runs a plant in Nnewi in the state of Anambra.
