The Chairman of Ilesa East Local Government, Otunba Akeem Adesoji Olowoopejobori today eulogized the erstwhile governor of the State of Osun, Ogbeni Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola and described him in commendatory terms as the a good citizen of Ilesa East that has represented Ijesaland and Yoruba race in general very well as he marks his 62nd birthday.
In a telephone conversation with our correspondent Hon. Akeem Olowoopejobori described Aregbesola as a man with an uncommon zeal.
He noted that Aregbesola used his two terms tenure as the State of Osun Governor to lay a solid foundation for a greater Osun in the years ahead and enjoyed the favour of Allah to have been able to handover to successor from the All Progressives Congress (APC).
According to him, "Aregbesola left Osun better than he met it and his uncommon charisma is still difficult to forget in a jiffy."
The Ilesa East Council Boss prayed for the celebrant that God will bless him with all his good heart desires and continue to guide him today and all the days of his life.
