Oyo State: 7.5% of LG Allocation to be Dedicated to Running PHCs

The Oyo State Governor, Mr. Seyi Makinde was at Kishi to flag off free medical mission for all local government areas of Oyo State on Tuesday 16th March, 2020.

In his address, he stated that the free medical mission will cater for treatments and also create awareness for Primary Healthcare Centers (PHCs) at grassroot level.

He made it known that plans are ongoing to sign off One Billion Naira facility for the renovation of Primary Healthcare Centers (PHCs) through the Oyo State Primary Healthcare Board.

He assured an effective service at the Primary Healthcare Centers as 7.5% of local government allocation will be dedicated to the running of Primary Healthcare Centers (PHCs).
