COVID-19 STAY-AT-HOME ORDER: Femi Oyeleye Distributes Palliatives at Itagunmodi






An Itagunmodi born frontline politician and philanthropist, Mr. Femi Oyeleye has distributed palliatives to the aged, vulnerable and less privileged to cushion hardship caused by the the stay-at-home order of the state government.








The items distributed to hundreds of the inhabitants of the town know for its gold deposit include rice, Semolina, beans and gaari.




 Oyeleye who distributed the items in his hometown, Itagunmodi, Atakumosa West Local Government on Sunday 26th April, 2020, said the gesture was his own way of complementing the state government’s fight against the spread of COVID-19 pandemic in the state.



"This is time for us to come together to battle this common enemy". He said



Some of the beneficiaries that spoke with our correspondent appreciated the good gesture of the donor while describing him as a kind-hearted and easygoing person.
