The State of Osun Agriculture and Food Security Commissioner, Chief Adedayo Adewole a.k.a Opele-IFA, was on Thursday 7th of May, 2020, given a warmth welcome in his native town, Omo-Ijesa in Oriade Local Government as he visited the town to give relief support to the needy of the community in continuation of the celebration of the birthday of his father, Prof. Isaac Adewole who turned 66 on Tuesday 5th May, 2020.
The Olomo of Omo-Ijesa, Oba Oluwaseyi Adeolu Adejola while welcoming the young commissioner to his own native town, took him round to visit some aged vulnerable ones at their homes where he handed over the palliatives to them.
Accompanied by Hon. Bunmi Obeisun, who is the Chairman, Oriade LG, the agriculture and Food Security commissioner later handed over the palliatives to the Olomo of Omo-Ijesa and his chiefs in front of the people of the town who had assembled in the town hall.
Dayo Adewole also seized the opportunity to visit the Olomo palace that is undergoing construction.
