Asiwaju Yinka Fasuyi, the Asiwaju of Ijesaland has paid tribute to Otunba Olatunbosun Abe also popularly known as Hinpeleo who died on Sunday describing the quintessential Ijesa radio broadcaster as extraordinary unique, amazing, amiable, imposing and gallant Ijesa Cultural Ambassador.
In a statement he titled "This moment, words failed me!", Asiwaju Yinka Fasuyi noted that the news of the death of Hinpeleo came like a bad dream.
He continues..."Every Attempt to Keep it as a Dream was Futile.
"Gradually Reality of the Exit of a Foremost Ijesa Quintessential Radio Broadcaster Dawns on Us.
"Alas the Extraordinary Unique, Amazing, Amiable, Imposing, Gallant Ijesa Cultural Ambassador, Otunba Olatunbosun Abe is no more to be seen, heard, felt, experienced, and encountered!
" Had I know that my advice to you to entertain the guests with your unmistakable hilarious jives before official commencement of the Press Conference called in respect of Osun State College of Education upgrade to a University, on Tuesday, 7th September 2021 at HERINGAN Events Centre, Ilesa, would be our last encounter, maybe we would have changed the Press Conference to a Prayer Vigil Session to appease the gods! Who knows?

"The Media Support You Gave to me in my last Five Years as the Asiwaju of Ijesaland remains Indelible, Legendary, Unforgettable, Unmatched, and to which I remain Eternally Grateful.
"I was Damn too Sure you would Return from LAUTECH Teaching Hospital, Osogbo Hale and Hearty in a matter of days, hence, joining hands with your other well wishers in the failed rescue efforts.
"Ijesaland has Lost a Gallant Compatriot in Otunba Olatunbosun Abe whose talent, compassion, traditional and cultural gem would be difficult to replace.
"However, while we shall continue to miss his indelible footprints in the social circle in Ijesaland in particular and Osun State in general, we should remember to forever celebrate this Ijesa Legend who never shied away from promoting Ijesaland's interest in all his journalistic career.
"I sincerely commiserate with all Societies, Clubs, Associations, and entire Ijesa Sons and Daughters both at home and in the diaspora over this irreparable loss of one of our revered Compatriots.
