Owoeye stated that residents and citizens should always have it at the back of their minds that "Our individual actions make a summation of our society".

He added that People in the year 2022 must strive for a near perfect society where shady and fraudulent acts are not seen as way of hustling.

In his words, "You and I know very well that with darkness, there can be no success and no breakthrough. No matter how hopeless a case may be, it can be changed with the right attitude, if we all put the country first in all we do, the change we all desire will be brought into fruition.

"I also want to admonish my good people of Osun that as we go into the year of re-electing our Governor and other possible elections, we need to vote and do things right.

"Let us put competent people in places of power, to solve our challenges, and your tribe, religion or personal interests shouldn't come into play.

"Our common enemy is 'poor infrastructure', it doesn't know you, it doesn't respect you, we will all suffer it together unless we do the right thing with our votes.

"A little contribution from you, a little contribution from me and we shall eventually have a better state and country".
