In what seems to be fulfilment of promise on agreement by the Aregbesola led faction of Osun All Progressives Congress code-name The Osun Progressives, TOP and the Executive Governor of the State, Governor Ademola Adeleke, the group has been compensated as Local Government caretaker committee.

Recalled that the Governor, Ademola Adeleke on Wednesday inaugurated the new heads of local councils, Vice chairmen, Secretaries and members to oversee the third tier of Government pending the conduct of election.

Our source reveals that two (2) nominees by the Aregbesola group, The Osun Progressives, were appointed to each of the sixty nine (69) local government councils, local councils development areas LCDAs, area offices and administration centers.

Some are nominated as Vice chairmen while others are members
