The Alase of Ilase-Ijesa, HRM, Oba Isiaka Adesina Jimoh, has charged the leadership of Ilesa National Union (I. N. U.) on progress and development of the ancient town
The monarch urged them to use their tenure as responsibilities towards the progress, growth and development of Ilase-Ijesa and that they should all try to build houses at home.
He gave this charge in Ilase-Ijesa on Saturday when the Executive Committee members of the union under the leadership of Lady Dupe Ajayi-Gbadebo hosted him at a red-carpet reception as they held a meeting at the Ilase-Ijesa country house of their National President.
Alase who was accompanied to the reception by some of his chiefs (the Alase in council) was full of appreciations and eulogies for the leadership qualities and the exemplary gesture of Lady Dupe Ajayi-Gbadebo, the I.N.U national president.
Other I.N.U. Executive Committee members at the meeting included the General Secretary Mr. oladele Aturamu, the First Vice President, Elder G.A Arubuolawe, the Treasurer, Elder Remi Adekunle, the Financial Secretary, Elder Sam Ogundele, the Assistant General Secretary, Alhaji Dauda Alarape, the National Security Adviser Elder Julius Shadiya and Prince Abiodun Arojojoye the National Legal Adviser.
