The Elerinmo of Erinmo, Oba Michael Odunayo Ajayi JP has condemned the alleged destruction of the unused mausoleum built for pa Joshua Odeyemi Bojesomo who was the immediate past administrator of Ori-Oke Agbara, Erinmo in Oriade Local Government Area of Osun state.
Describing the wanton destruction as an arson, oba Ajayi called on the police to fish out the perpetrators and bring them to book for commiting such a sacrilegious act on the holy mountain renowned for its spiritual and tourism potentials globally.

The Elerinmo expressed shock that the act could be perpetrated even when the mountain is under the watch of security agencies as ordered by the osun state commissioner of police following the attempt by the children of late Baba Bojesomo led by Arole Samuel Adegoke to forcefully bury the corpse of their father on the mountain shooting sporadically.
Oba Ajayi noted that he had a father - son relationship with late Baba Joseph Eyinafe Odeyemi Bojesomo, they exchanged physical visits on numerous occasions and his welfare was given priority by Oba Elerinmo and his people till his death. This fact is known to everyone including his children. Baba used to say that "no one can come in between him and the Elerinmo, and that Kabiyesi is both his father and his son"
Commiserating with the family of the baba Bojesomo whose funeral service purportedly took place at the St Joseph C& S Church Eti Ooni , Efon- Alaaye in Ekiti State after which he was said to have been interred somewhere in Efon Alaye his home town, the monarch called on the leadership of Cherubim and Seraphim Church worldwide to pay attention towards retaining the integrity and credibility of the religious tourist site .
He further stated that there was no issue between Erinmo and Efon people as they were blood brothers from the same father Obalufon Alayemore who was the founder of both towns, and the Alaye of Efon and Elerinmo of Erinmo have maintained cordial relationship from time immemorial till date.
He used the opportunity to wish everyone a merry Christmas and a happy New year
