The Minister for Marine and Blue Economy, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola today in Ilobu commiserated with the family of late Mrs Remi Wilson a prominent APC chieftain who died yesterday.
The Minister who was represented by four principal officers of the Osun state 7th Assembly prayed God to forgive her sins and give her eternal rest.
The group which was led by the former Chief Whip of the Assembly Hon Olatunji expressed the Minister's concern over the vacuum which her death had created.
"We all know the wonderful contributions and sacrifices she gave to our party in her lifetime which will be sorely missed" he said.
The Minister urged the bereaved children and family members to take solace in the exemplary life of Mrs Remi Wilson.
He also gave an assurance that the APC in Osun state would give every assistance necessary for a befitting burial.
In their response, the deceased family members expressed gratitude to the Minister for the prompt condolence visit and wished him success in his new assignment.
The Minister's team included the former Deputy Majority Leader Hon. Kunle Akande, the Senatorial Whip s of Osun West and Osun Central Hon. Nosiru Olateju and Hon Tunde Ibirogba.
