A man, who identified himself as Musa Bello was in the wee hours of Sunday caught with a female head and arrested by some vigilante operatives at Amuloko community in the Ona Ara Local Government Area of Ibadan, Oyo State capital.
According to the residents of the Akinrimisa Zone 2 community, the suspect and another one who Musa named as Tunde, were walking within the community in the night and when the Vigilante men saw them, and were asked what was in the cement bag one of them was holding, they said there was nothing in it.
Upon search, however, a decapitated head of a female was found wrapped in a cloth, concealed in a plastic bag and hidden in a cement bag.
A staff of Amotekun in the area, who pleaded for anonymity said the residents handed over the suspect to them, and he had been taken to the Amotekun Headquarters at Dandaru area of Mokola in Ibadan.
In a video that went viral, Musa who claimed to be a carpenter, was heard saying that he went to the area from Labo area of Ibadan with the accomplice, Tunde.
