The Diocesan of Ilesa Southwest Anglican Diocese Bishop paid a condolence visit to the Agbanla, the ijesa Senate /highest Parliament, Owa-in-Council and Subjects of HRH Oba Dr Adekunle Aromolaran II who until his demise was the Paramount Ruler of Ijesaland.
Bishop Egbebunmi after praying for a successful transition rites stated that the death of the late Monarch was a rude shock while describing him as a great achiever in his life time.
While receiving the bishop and his delegation on behalf of the assembly, the Ogboni of Ipole-Ijesa Oba Omokehinde Samson Oyebade appreciated him for the gesture extended to the Council of Ijesaland Obas in this trying moment.
The Secretary of the Agba Ijesas, High Chief Busuyi James Gbadamosi, the Oba-Odo of Ilesa also assured the delegation that the condolence message and prayers offered are well appreciated.
The assembly Agbanla Ijesas, (the ijesa Senate /highest Parliament), Owa-in-Council and Subjects continue to receive visitors at the Aromolaran Civic Centre, Ereja, Ilesa.
