In a decisive move toward the 2025 Osun State Local Government Election, APC Chairman Sooko Tajudeen Lawal convened a strategic meeting with all party chairmanship candidates. Held at the state party secretariat in Ogo Oluwa, Osogbo, on Friday, September 6, 2024, the session was designed to unify the party’s vision and outline its developmental objectives.
Chairman Lawal, accompanied by key party officials including Party Secretary Hon. Kamoru Alao, Party Treasurer Hon. Femi Kujembola, and Comrade Waheed Adeniran, underscored the APC’s commitment to grassroots development and internal cohesion. The meeting also emphasized the party’s resolve to reclaim governance from the current administration, aiming to drive substantial progress and transformative outcomes for Osun State.
He announced this through his official Facebook page, "APC Chairman Osun State," where he wrote: "In preparation for the upcoming Osun State Local Government Election in 2025, a crucial meeting was convened under my leadership. The gathering took place at the state party secretariat in Ogo Oluwa, Osogbo, and was attended by key party figures, including Party Secretary Hon. Kamoru Alao and Party Treasurer Hon. Femi Kujembola, among others.
