Asiwaju Yinka Fasuyi Champions Post-Owa-Stool-Election Reconciliation

After a highly contentious Owa's stool election that resulted in the emergence of HIM Oba Clement Adesuyi Haastrup Ilufemiloye Ajimoko III as Owa Obokun Adimula and the Paramount Ruler of Ijesaland that nearly polarized the Bilaro Oluodo Ruling House and in extension the Ijesa elitist class, Asiwaju Yinka Fasuyi, Asiwaju of Ijesaland has put in motion a well calculated initiative to heal the deep wounds to assist Oba Ajimoko III to settle down for business in earnest.

The moves involve reconciling all the nine Contestants who officially obtained Expression of Interest forms from the Ilesa West Local Government and consequently listed and contested in the Owa's stool election of Friday, 27th December 2024 and the Head of Ofokutu Royal Family who was also a Contestant but did not obtain the Expression of Interest form, Prof Stephen Adebowale Adeyemi, CON.

Monday 30th December 2024, Asiwaju Yinka Fasuyi reached out to the Head of Bilaro Oluodo Ruling House,  Olumelu of Imelu-Ijesa, Loja Bode Owofade and obtained the names and contact details of the nine Contestants who officially obtained Expression of Interest forms from the Ilesa West Local Government and consequently listed and contested in the Owa's stool election of Friday, 27th December 2024 who are:

Thereafter, he reached out to the Head of Ofokutu Royal Family who was also a Contestant but did not obtain the Expression of Interest form from the Local Government, Prof Stephen Adebowale Adeyemi, CON.

Asiwaju consequently appealed to Prof. Adebowale Adeyemi to drop the previous litigation and the likely impending litigations against the Bilaro Ruling House, His Imperial Majesty, and the State Government, to concede and accept the current status quo.

Prof. Adeyemi assuredly expressed his belief in the continuous peace, unity, and development of Ijesaland as a Stakeholder.

Asiwaju Yinka Fasuyi is seizing the opportunity to further appeal to other candidates who may not have obtained Local Government forms to please in the spirit of the approaching new year 2025 forgive of whatever inadequacies that they might have experienced and for the sake of the hard earned peace and unity in Ijesaland and the need to provide an enabling environment for sustainable growth and development of Ijesaland.
